The next event at Potato Creek State Park will be Opt Outside Day! Rather than go shopping the day after Thanksgiving think about taking a hike in the park.
10:30 - Join us for an hour and half hike discovering critters in the forest and other signs of life.
1 PM - Feed the birds at the Nature Center
1 PM to 4PM - Join a scavenger hunt. Start at the Nature Center and go where it takes you. Complete your sheets by 4 PM to win a prize.
1 PM to 4:30 PM - Pop-Up Wildlife. Meet our live resident wildlife throughout the day in an occasional short program. You never know when one may pop up at the Nature Center.
7:30 PM - Join the owl prowl. Meet inside the Nature Center for a short discussion on the 3 most common types of owls. Then go for a walk in the woods to try and call some in. Moderate hoot hike.
